The Crown Doesn't Make the Queen

People can take a lot from you in life, sometimes with your permission but sometimes they are taking without you noticing, at least at first. It is important to realize when you are feeling depleted that the things that make you who you are can't be taken by anyone. Say that again, there is such power in understanding it! Anything that truly makes you the person you are cannot be taken from you.

Sometimes the people who surround you will take from you because they believe it will make them that same type of person you are, or give them what you have. A lot of times, it is not even material things but rather your energy that they absorb. They will drain you dry if you let them. it is important to recognize and remove yourself from these situations. They will never get enough, because what they do not understand is your energy does not make you who you are, but is a result of the type of person you are, and taking it from you will never make them that type of person. And for you, allowing them to continue to deplete you will only confuse your mind and body into believing you are someone you are not: bitter, angry, and drained.

Material things, friends, family, and partners will come and go from your life. The faster you realize that nothing meant for you can be taken away and how to remove yourself from the "takers", the faster you will recover from these situations. Replenish and find yourself again. The Jester can steal the crown, but it's not the crown that makes the Queen (or King)!
