Once a writer, always a writer

I have no idea what I'm doing, well as a blogger or website "designer", and I use that term loosely not to offend any actual designers. However, what I do know is that I'm a writer, and a pretty good one. Not a perfect one, not a technical one, but a relatable one.

I used to write. I know, I know, everyone says that. But it's true, so as overused as it sounds, I'm a classic cliché of "life got too busy" and now I'm ready to try it again. About a year ago I posted my first post on Instagram under @jroachwrites and I now have 22K followers. I thought maybe it was time to do more with my writing. So here I am, trying to understand what one can actually "do" with writing besides write for pleasure.
